APT produces a targeted range of high-performance, large-format print media for distributors and their customers.
Our protective laminates for indoor and outdoor use protect print media against dirt, moisture, mechanical action, and UV radiation without compromising the quality of the original image. ATP's protection films are available in different grades and with different surface finishes. In addition to protective laminates for short-term indoor use, ATP offers high perfomance, UV resistant laminates for long-term outdoor usage. ATP rounds off the laminate range by offering non-slip, certified laminates for the production of floor graphics and textured laminates for use in the manufacture of pop-up displays.
ATP produces an extensive variety of high-quality double-sided mount films. The range of mount films comprises professional lamination adhesive films for price-sensitive customers, as well as high end highly transparent, crystal clear mount films for use behind glass and acrylate. Double sided mount films with permanent, semi-permanent and residue-free removable adhesives are available. Our products for the graphic market are plasticiser-free and pH neutral. Our product range is completed by a targeted range of speciality digitally printable self-adhesive films with different life-spans, surface finishes and adhesives.
Bannerbond is especially suitable for the bonding of most unprinted and printed banner material. Bannerbond is an easy to use alternative to welding or sewing. The strong adhesive together with a 400μm coating thickness ensures perfect bonding to highly structured surfaces resulting in a strong adhesive bond to banner material such as PVC-coated textile banner. The release liner with an edge finger lift allows very easy bonding and liner removal.

BANNERBOND is recommended for bonding most of the printed and unprinted banner materials. BANNERBOND is a very easy to use alternative against welding or stitching. The adhesive thickness of 400 μm conforms very well to structured undergrounds resulting in very high adhesive performance on the most commonly used banner materials including vinyl-banner and PVC-coated textile banners. The release liner with Finger-lift feature ensures a very easy processing.

For the EV market, ATP offers customers the opportunity for off-the-shelf solutions or bespoke developments.
For Cell wrapping, ATP has developed single-sided self-adhesive PET films with thin adhesive coating weights <20gsm if necessary. These films offer breakdown voltage insulation value >8kV and a CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) of > 600V Moreover, there self-adhesive PET films could be used to electrically insulate other metal parts within the battery module as well. Different product thicknesses and tape color are available and customer-specific die-cuts can be realized. Double coated films can be combined with other materials, to achieve electrical insulation.
For Thermal runaway insulation, lightweight double-sided PET- or tissue tapes are offered, these tapes can be coated on both sides with permanent adhesive or one side permanent one side semi-permanent to aid recycling at end of life. Suppliers of thermal runaway systems rely on mica, glass-fib- res, ceramic fibers and other materials protecting and bonding to cells, modules, and battery packs. ATP's tapes for this application are suitable for rough, uneven surfaces.
Tapes for installation of intercellular compression pads can be thin adhesive coatings <50gsm to suit individual customer requirements. The benefits of using tapes in such applications are guaranteed coating weight, instantaneous bonding, high suitability for automatic assembly and finally - in contrast to liquid adhesives - they require no curing time.
For mounting of components within the battery module such as busbars, sensors, cables and absorber fleeces, self-adhesive tapes can support during the application.
ATP offers double-sided adhesive tapes for bonding of cell housings within the battery stacking process (cell-to-cell bonding). Different coating weights and carriers are available.
